Welcome to AttendMe. By downloading, installing, or using the AttendMe mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

6. Intellectual Property

The AttendMe application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Azad Ali and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AttendMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of data calculations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azad Ali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your device
  • Any errors or omissions in the app's content or functionality
  • Loss of data stored on your device

9. Accuracy of Calculations

While AttendMe strives to provide accurate salary calculations based on your input, these calculations are for informational purposes only. You should verify all calculations independently. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the app's calculations.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
